I got a fitbit flex for Christmas this year. I plugged it in and it charged fine the first day and everything was great. Then later it wouldn't light up when I tapped it, I thought the battery was dead, so I charged it but it still won't light up after I unplug it. Will it still count my steps even though it doesn't light up?Why isn't it lighting up? Is it not charging? Honestly any trouble shooting advice would be appreciated.
