Im new here. Really need to lose at least 100 pounds. Im afraid Ill fail again. How do I keep motivated!? I have osteoarthritis and need my knees replaced. Scary time in my life.

Just stay motivated and positive. You'll get where you want to be. You can still achieve your goal with having knee issues.0

I have a knee problem too, I went to physiotherapist and they made me custom shoes and now I easily walk 3 miles a day (it's really helping). You can consider doing the same. But at the end of the day all you need is determination✌. Stay motivated and just go for it0
