Losing too quickly?

I am wondering if I should bump up my daily calorie intake. I have been losing more than 2 lbs per week. I am 5'9", CW 198, recovering binge eater, and I am nursing a 10 month old. I have 40 or so pounds to GW. I set my calorie count at 1800. I am now doing P90X3 in the morning before breakfast. I haven't been logging my exercise calories, and I don't have a Fitbit or anything like that to track my calorie burn. There is some debate about eating back exercise calories. Should I bump it up to 2000 or so? How long should I try it out. I find that I am getting to the end of my day with 200-400 calories left to eat, but I'm really not hungry, just eating because I need to.

Hi Dana. I have lost 6 pounds in the last 4 days and am eating enough calories and exercising. I eat more on days I workout. I cut out crap food and booze so I think the weight loss will slow down. If your concerned start tracking exercise and eat more on workout days so your not in a huge deficit each day.0
