Hi guys, im trying to gain a little weight. Working out for about 4 years now, 3 times a week, used to be skinny now its getting better so im hoping to teach my goal

I know how to gain some muscle weight eat more calories than you burn eat plenty of protein and alot of carbs and fat and nutrient dense foods and 3 meals per day and drink water meals 1 or 2 glasses when Im thirsty heavy weight lifting and Im still trying to do this at first I weighted 117 pounds then with a BMI of 18.5 after I found that out that when I knew I needed to gain some healthy weight and now I weigh 120.4 want to get to my goal weight of130- 136 pounds or close to it gaining 1-2 pounds per week or up to 5 pounds If I could0
