2nd straight week of same weight with lower BF%

This is a happy post, not a complaint... :bigsmile:
I have been going to the conditioning coach program at my Y for 3 weeks to get upper body workouts to go with all the running I did for the last few months to lose a lot of weight. I have been trying to hold the weight steady and would have put up with a small gain to build a little muscle, but it seems I am getting it with no gain! Mostly just chest and shoulder presses, pull ups/downs and rowing; low to medium weights that I can do a couple of sets of 15 reps with and then be toast. I can tell the difference in my pecs; I am far rom ripped, but there is a bit of shape coming back. I love running, but gym work does need to be part of the package.
ETA - the drop has been from 23.2 to 20.6. Might not be totally correct, but same device used all 3 times. Actually 2.5 weeks since first appointment.
