Losing inches? I want photos!

I understand you can't spot reduce. But I want to know when I can expect to look good in shirts again. My arms at 158 and 5'4'' are just too big. I wanna look good in a medium size top, not chubby.
Anyone have photos or success stories when they noticed they'd lost size from their arms? I wanna see what losing an inch looks like and how long it took you!
