Hi Everybody
I have recently started my weight loss journey and start sporting after a long time. I do mostly a combination of cardio and weights training usually 3 times in a week. After few weeks I am experiencing some cracking and soreness in my joints. Some people say that is normal and it will be better after few more weeks of exercise. I do not want to stop my program and hooping to get results. I am 42 years old and my weight is around 96 kg.
Please give me some tips and advice. To keep me on Wright tracks. Thanks

Creaking and cracking joints happen with age. If you have sharp persistent.pain you should see your physician.0

Sore muscles are normal.. sore joints are not. Maybe you're doing too much too soon. Describe your exercise routine. And which joints are sore?0
