Crushing Goals, Taking Names (of friends!)

I'm back at it again with the weight loss! I've been stagnant for a few months, but my goal is to lose the excess, gain the muscles, build up my endurance, and hope that the serotonin is all I need to keep my mood up!

Ideally, I'd like to lose roughly 35 pounds, but that's clearly dependent on muscle replacing fat, which as we all know is more dense.

If anyone wants the extra support, I can give as much as I get!

P.S. Some unrelated facts about me: I'm a total goofball, I have a beautiful son, I'm certified with ISSA, I work full-time at a restaurant, and I'm in college for Accounting! Another project that might be coming up is making music with one of my coworkers. Fingers crossed!
