I was introduced to MFP about a month ago by a dietician and have been actively inputting data for about a week. I must say that with the right attitude (LOL...mine) using MFP has become habitual. Having said all of that I have lost 17 pounds. My goal is to reduce my BMI so I can have a knee replacement operation later this year. I've made progress using MFP but still have a long way to go.
