Just wondering how many nurses are in here trying to keep track of their own intakes...on top of keeping track of everything that's going on in their patients. How do you guys keep up with meal prep and work out when you have two jobs?

    RN here. ADF works best for me because some shifts are too busy to get breaks. That way I really don't have to track anything
