I run sixty flights of stairs a day. It's getting a lot easier but I am not loosing weight. Any suggestions on what I can do different?

Focus on what you're eating.0

I am guessing that running that many stairs makes you awfully hungry. As the previouses have implied, you are probably eating a bit too much. Watch your portions, don't have seconds, and restrict yourself to one reasonable snack a day. With that activity level, the pounds should come off.
