Tips to stay on track with a new job

Hi guys,

I'm starting a new job at the end of this month, and while my current job involves a lot of standing and walking, my new job will be a desk job so I'm looking for tips to help me to continue to lose weight with this major change in my lifestyle. I will be on the phones mostly so I cant really get up and walk the long way to the printer or anything like that as I wont be doing that.

Any tips at all will be appreciated.
