Need some pointers on net carb management

Anybody have tips, pointers or tricks to get net carbs down below 20 WITHOUT starving yourself in the process?

Might be better asked in the low carb group. I'd only count insoluble fiber if anything.

If I don't get these net carb numbers down to where they should be, I'll be throwing my body over a bridge

Found the solution - reduce apple intake from two (2) to one (1) OR substitute almonds or guac for the damned things.
