Had a fantastic day........

.... not because of what i have eaten or exercise, as i haven't done any exercise today and still need to log my food from the restaurant - hopefully should be okay.
The reason why I had a fantastic day is because it is my Nan's 90th birthday today, and i made a surprise visit to see her and spend the day with her. I had to drive for 2 1/2 hours this morning to get there and she was pleasantly surprised to see her grandaughter and 12 year old great grandson. we had a great day with going out for dinner and catching up on family things.
i don't feel guilty one bit at not exercising today as the drive in itself has worn me out, and as i said before hopefully the food from the restaurant should log okay, if its over then i will know not to eat anyhting else this evening.
what a great day, i love my nan soooooo much..................

Glad you had a fantastic day! We're all losing weight to live better, but if we forget to live then what's the point? Way to know what's truly important0

The sacrifice you made for your Nan is such a love filled thing to do. You made hers AND her great-grandchild's day! Don't beat yourself up. It's truly OK to take a day off from exercise. Whatever food you ate, I'm sure you made better choices than BEFORE you started this weight loss journey! Don't skip a meal, though, just eat a lot of veggies.0
