Fitbit is making me gain

I've had a Fitbit for the last 6 months and since I've used it, I'm gaining weight. At the end of the day Fitbit says I'm over calories by a significant amount whereas MFP says I'm under. Also, Fitbit is giving me large amounts of calories as credit at the end of the day. Which should I follow Fitbit or MFP? How do I get the numbers to match?

Currently I use MFP to enter all foods at my Fitbit HR for exercise. I have mfp set to sedentary because I work a desk job, however I work out 4 to 5 times a week.
