I have this weird taste in my mouth that I can't get rid of. For a day or two now. I've used floss and mouthwash, no good.

Any thoughts?

I've been trying to eat healthier, but we were sent home a bunch of leftover hot dogs from a fundraiser. Been eating some of those.

Bile reflux from gallbladder dysfunction. That was my bad taste. Can't speak for anyone else.

Gallbladder was my 2nd thought, lol. (especially after OP said she ate the hot dogs, which have loads of fat for the gallbladder to try and break down.)

    Pregnant....?

I am 19 days late for my period. I took an at home pregnancy test a week ago, and it was negative.

How are your sinuses? Perhaps consult a doctor if this has been going on a while

    Hi Angela
IMO it could be the Hot Dogs, Cause and effect, You added the Hot Dogs and have the taste in Your mouth. When You eat healthier Your taste buds recover from the effects of all the chemicals IMO.

    Good Luck

Eating healthier and eating hot dogs shouldn't be in the same sentence.

My grandmother was saying nothing tasted good to her and it was more of a metallic taste. See your doctor, we found out my grandmother had Kidney disease.

I think it may have been the hot dogs. I stopped eating them, and its gone away.

I'm going to second this. Felt like I had pennie's in my mouth when I was.

If you've had pine nuts (I know, obscure) you can get a metallic taste that can last for weeks. Some candies, salads, pesto, chocolate, and pastries use them.
