Hamstrings, hip fluxors & shin splints

I'm loving getting in my 10,000+ steps but I'm starting to feel some tightness & pain. Know any good stretches or suggestions to help?

    Seconding everything @amyrebeccah posted.

    Also - are you wearing good walking shoes? Running shoes shouldn't be used for walking. Also, if your shoes are older, they may not have enough support anymore and that could cause issues too.

    Those are nice illustrations. Notice the back is not arched. When doing the psoas stretch a small tuck can give a good stretch.

    Second this. Get fitted for a pair of walking 'runners'.

    You could try a foam roller for myofascial release? Essentially self-massage. There's tonnes of YouTube videos for technique and rollers are inexpensive.

    These look good to me, although i DO NOT recommend the last one as this stretch is considered controversial and can cause issues with the knees.

    I also agree self myofascial release. :)
