Are My Cals Right?

I'm 35, 5'6", 146 lbs. My diary for the last two weeks is the best example of my current eating and exercise habits. I recently I've taken up strength training and enjoy it and have been doing some form of cardio on the off days. I've been struggling with changing the way I look at calories (formerly a 1200 girl) and learning about TDEE -% as opposed to eating back exercise calories and keep tinkering with my calorie goal, which screams "I have no idea what I'm doing". Any guidance would be appreciated for changes or staying the course I'm on. :flowerforyou:
