Does anyone experience weight fluctuation depending on what time of day they step on the scale? For example, I weighed myself last night and I was 3 lbs more than just now.

Yes that's why you should try to weigh yourself at the same time .. I think first thing in the morning after peeing is your safest bet0

Yes, your weight will fluctuate during the day because you are eating and drinking through the day. I have also found I can weigh myself after dinner and then the next morning I will weigh less. I am that is because of your body processing the food you ate. I generally weigh in the morning after the bathroom and before eating any breakfast.0

Water weight. You will retain during the day some since u r I taking. Weigh first thing in the am when water retention is lowest.0
