I am currently eating 2,200 calories a day to lose weight. I am 18, 5'10, and 200 ib. Is this bad for me? Trying to lose fat and keep muscle mass.

This is making a few assumptions on my part. If you want to be more accurate, fill in your exercise as appropriate. I also assume that you are doing some sort of progressive overload weightlifting to maintain your strength and muscle size and meeting your macro and micro nutrients needs. Your maintenance could much higher depending on the amount of exercise you do.
Sorry I forgot to put that I am active. I work out 4 days a week. And I am not overweight.0 -
Another way of telling if a calorie defecit is right for your post bulk cut (I'm assuming this is what you're doing), is by weighing yourself everyday and averaging iut every 7. Don't lose more than 1lb a week. Keep eating 160g protein per day and lift 3 x per week.0

Set macros 10c/20p/70f - all good!
