Making a change; accountability friends

Hi all,
After years of laziness I've decided to make a change. My goal is to build muscle/gain weight and get generally fitter.
I've been using MFP to log everything for the last month. It's been really useful to see how calories add up and actually how poor my diet can be. I've been going to the gym three times a week since starting logging and the nutrition side is definitely the bigger challenge.
It would be great to have some friends on here for accountability and motivation. I'm from Cambridge in the UK if anyone is local but would love to hear from you wherever you are in the world. Looks like there is a huge amount of info and advice to be gained on the forums so looking forward to talking to you all.
