Saw this product today and thought it very interesting… it’s called LiftUp. It’s a resistance band with integrated workout tracker that connects to your mobile device to give real time workout info.
It’s a kickstarter product and it has a way to go for funding but i love gadgets and like it….although no idea how accurate it would be.
