Hi! Um just wondering how important is it to reach your macro goals and any tips to help reach them? Thanks.

    Calories are king for weight loss. Macros can help with other things, though. Things like hunger, performance, body composition, energy levels, and such. But it's important to keep in mind that a lot of different macro splits can work for people. Don't be afraid to play around and see what's best for you.

    IIFYM is an eating style not a diet really.

    The weight loss comes from the calorie deficit

    Depends - if trying to lose fat, then very important to restrict carbs, keeping below 100 grams/day.
