Target was 15St then use 15st7lb as upper limit, should I try for 14st7lb and use 15St as upper limit

    Personally I would go for anywhere between 14st 11 and 15st 3 as a maintenance range if 15st was your goal.

    Spend a while nailing down your maintenance calories at or around your 15st goal.
    After a couple of months then make that decision where you feel you look / perform / are happy.

    My Gw was 9st, I only freak if I get to over 9.6 (always bounces back to 9 anyway) so hope that's ok guidance. However, if you do not want to go over 15, keep in deficit untill 14.7 then maintain as your water /glucose weight will push you over your deficit low weight as you begin to maintain.
