Checkout my diary, I list my yummy snacks.
Nuts are great, GNC lean shakes, you can pop some popcorn, etc
I pack a cooler daily and have my meals and snacks with me. You can do it! Just prep plan more and you'll do great!

A lot of "hunger" is really thirst. When I've had an extra tiring day (or am otherwise leaving work feeling sleepy) I'll grab a cup of coffee to take with me on the drive home (sometimes decaf, sometime "hightest" - coffee is free where I work, but you could always get some plain, black coffee at a drive-through). Oftentimes water is enough. It depends on how tired I feel and why. If I'm really feeling whacked out, I'll pull over and take a power nap. My commute is about an hour and one of "my" secrets to weight loss is no longer keeping snacks in the car as I couldn't stop with "one serving".(everybody is different in what works for them)0
