Not losing weight

Hi, I know that weight loss is not linear. But I'm really at a cross roads, trying to figure out why i haven't been losing weight. My weight is fluctuating between 4lbs up and down, however, it's not going past a specific number. This has gone on for the past month. I have been exercising between 5-7 days a week. I do try to get 20g of protein in with each meal, cutting out starches, sugars, and processed foods. I love to work out, but not seeing any changes is despairing. I also feel that my legs are too muscular and I want to slim them down quiet a bit. I am not too sure what to do? Should i keep doing squats and lunges, do less of them and focus more on running, and the elliptical?
