Consider visiting your doctor if you think you have fungus.
A simple pill for 7 days will take care of it.
Better than hoping a diet fixes the problem.

So.....no mushrooms, no cheese?0

How do you know if you have fungus? Is this similar to candida?0

Wait. Wut?0

For athletes foot or tinea veriscolor? I've heard of the yeast free or candida diet, it's very restrictive and I imagine no fun at all.0

Foot fungus? I got that once driving a car with the heat at the feet.
I wore steel toe shoes and my feet got hot. And it got ugly.
You should have given details.
Walmart sells a little cream you can put on your toes for that.
I also took 1,000 mg Vit C for a while.
At the gym, wear flip flops in the shower.0 -
If you mean an anti-candida diet - yes. HARD. Did a combo of anti-candida and good probiotics for several months. Works well but hard to do.0
