Easter Gainz

gains will be made.....I had 7-8 plates at the buffet;p tomorrow's leg pump is gonna be sickkkkkkkk(; had every type of meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, breakfast foods, desserts, fruits you could think of! So pumped for tomorrow's workout! The glycogen is FLOWIN! What did you guys have for Easter gainz???:D

    Well over a pound of ham across 2 days. 2 plates of chili. Mashed potatoes, Cesar salad, buns, carrots, steamed veggies. Cake, pie, and cookies.

    Made sure to do back yesterday and legs today for those gains.

    Working so didnt really celebrate but Steak, chicken, turkey rice pasta veggies for daysss and i ate some weights during my leg workout on saturday and my arms today yeaahh
