Feeling nauseous, in a bad mood, and very tired after my 2 hour work out

I came back from the gym, feeling amazing. I was also starving after. I had lunch. Now a few hours late, i feel really drained energetically, stiff, and over all my mood level is fairly low. Could i be low on sugar levels, did i train too much?

Do you often train for 2 hours a day? What sort of workout?
What does your diet look like? Are you dehydrated? Electrolytes out of whack?
If I felt like you did, I'd drink a tiny bit of pickle juice and see if that made me feel better. If it did, I'd know my electrolytes were out of balance.
If that doesn't help, eat a banana.0 -
Thank you. I did a lot of squats today, and over all lower body. I also did over an hour of cardio on top of that. Breakfast was cottage cheese, lunch was eggs with veggies, and dinner was turkey sausage with peppers. Yogart for snack.
I love pickle juice. lol. I don't have that though or banana at home. Maybe an apple?0 -

Try the pickles, then yeah, something with some potassium. Good luck. Eat more, whatever you do.0 -
Thanks. Btw, I don't work out for 2 hours each day. Usually my work outs are 45-1hr. But once a week, I will work out for 2 hours, just because i like working out.0

Synergy Grape Kombucha after a hard workout is rad.0

How many calories did you eat today? It looks like not many. That will make you feel the way you do.
You should be eating quite a lot on days when you exercise that much. Have another yogurt and some more cottage cheese with that apple. Peanut butter - anything to boost your calories.0
