Hey! So I am a 24 yr old female 5'9 and weigh 155-160 lbs (my weight fluctuates) and I eat 1200 calories per day on the days I don't go on the treadmill and 1600 calories on the days that I do. Will I lose close to 1.5 lbs per week? My maintenence is close to 1900 calories.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to lose 25 pounds, although you're probably at a health height/weight ratio right now. With so little to lose, I'd set a goal of no more than 1 pound per week if I were you.0

5'9 and 130? That's a bit light...I don't think you'll lose anything close to 1.5lb/week (in a healthy manner) seeing as how you're already at an appropriate weight for your height. I'd aim for .5lb/week.0

With that little weight to lose, 0.5 pounds per week is a more appropriate weight loss goal...if indeed you need to lose any weight. Perhaps what you really need to do strength train.
In the picture on the right, she weighs more, yet looks better:0
