Hello, I'm new to this

I started working out exactly a month ago, today. I'm down 10lbs and have been eating healthy. (I have 3 small kids so it's been difficult. They don't want grilled chicken and spinach, they want pizza!) I've always been heavy...even when I was completely healthy. I don't understand BMIs or body fat percentages. I just know that I weigh 213 but look like I'm about 180. (Story of my life!) I'm doing this to feel better about myself and to be healthy for my husband and kids! My motto; "Never seen an elderly fat person." Thanks for the support!! <3
