Eating at Night

I have no problem eating within my calories during the day. It's at night when I really have a problem!! TV Snacks kill me.

Anybody else?
Suggestions?

    i like eating at night. not a big breakfast person though. so i generally don't have breakfast, and save a lot of calories for night time eating.

    How many calories are you eating daily? How large is your calorie deficit?

    Just as prev posts said:I save mine for later! I try to stick to about 600 during the day since I work 8-5. Then, other half I have at night -600, to = 1200. I do go over at times to about 1300 but, am losing around 1 pound per week still!

    Well I Just started this so I'm just getting used to it!
    I had 65 Calories left yesterday!
    My daily intake should be 1820.

    Dont have them in the house then you can't eat them.

    I had the same problem before. Then one night I tried Banana and Water. Felt good. :smile:

    You just have to space your calories out so you have enough to enjoy eating them late at night.

    Make sure you have some low calorie options for when you don't have many cals left.

    Make sure you burn the calories before eating them - maybe go for a post dinner walk?
