Hello, i was just wondering if someone from croatia is using this app? Sry for spelling, not my mother's language.. So to introduce myself.. im male, 25 years old, arond 180cm and around 96 kg... from march last year i have been training and i have deacent diet... i started at 101.5 kgs.. im not new to sports, but i didnt train properly around 3 years prior to that cause of bad knee injurie.. my goal here is to go to 92 kgs till 16.06.. i think tat atm im in my plateou so from this week i will include hiit training in form of short sprints like 30 meters or so, for around 400 meters in total... im in the gym at least 5 times a week for around 45 mins... no cardio... feel free to ask me what you want to know... and if from croatia, rijeka we can do some trainings together if you want! Im here to help others and give honest opinions and tips that work for me!
