Any females want to support each other? 10lbs or 10 total inches in 4 weeks

So I'm trying to jump start my weight loss a bit as I have seemed to be stagnant or up and down for a while now. I am very active but definitely don't watch what I eat as much as I should. I am looking for some other female mfp friends who also want to try the same and support each other in this. I'm looking to lose 10lbs AND/OR 10 inches in 4 weeks. I say and/or because I also plan on weight lifting and inches may be my greatest loss, so just in case I don't want to get discouraged if I only use one measurement.

This is the plan I'm going to be following:
- At least 30 mins exercise most days
- No sugar/sugar substitutes
- No gluten
- No dairy

Age: 32
Height: 5' 3.5"
Current weight is 148.4lbs, goal for this is 138.4lbs
Current body inches being recorded are:
Right thigh: 25.1
Left thigh: 25.2
Hip: 41.9
Waist: 30.9
Chest: 36.1
Right bicep: 12.2
Left bicep: 12.5

So if anyone wants to join me on this starting today (yes I know this is last minute). Feel free to post your info below and add me as a friend.

    I'll join you. I have about 30 lbs to lose and I'm really trying to figure out how to fit regular exercise into my schedule again. For this month, I'd like to set a goal of running 4-5 times per week, lifting 2x per week, and doing 2 core/body weight workouts per week. I just got sick though (woke up with a nasty sore throat & aches this morning), so I probably won't meet all of those goals this week.

    Current weight: 148.5
    Goal weight: 120ish - but 138 for this.

    I'll join! I'm trying lose -5lbs by end of April (very hard for me). But I'll be happy with -10lbs by end of May!

    I do around 60 minutes of exercises, M-F:
    MWF - 30 minute circuits + 15 minute jog.
    TuTh - same as MWF, but also +30-45 minute strength training in evening.
    Saturdays - Strength training.

    My weakness is my diet. If I follow my calorie plan", I'd totally be at my goal weight by now. But here I am.

    Current stats:
    5'6" 147lbs
    Goal: 135 (ideally by June)
    Bust: 34"
    Waist: 28"
    Hips: 38"

    I'll join too! I'm 42, want to lose about 5 pounds by the first week to may, my diet is also my weakness. I work out 5 to 7 days a week, 20 mins of cardio and strength training every day. Mostly I want to lose the belly fat,more than I so,worried about the weight.
