Hello everyone I'm Teresa and I've just downloaded the app.
Due to health reasons over the past 10 months I've nearly gained a stone and gutted...
I really need to get the weight back off again and so any help and advice would be much appreciated. I'm not an avid fan of food and very rarely eat breakfast and more of a eat when hungry attitude. I know this is not the best and so need to re-educated. I just haven't a clue what goes with what, I hope that makes sense. I do try and experiment but usual fail as not the best cook and never really feel motivated as I have a husband that doesn't eat alot and children who are so fussy and so normally I can't be bothered to cook for myself.
