exercise calculations?

Need some help with the app and calculating how many calories burned during free weight training, do I need another app? There are plenty of exercises (bench press, squats, etc) in the system but when I choose them, the number of reps and weight, no calculations are added to my daily log. Anyone else master this yet? Still new here.

Log duration of your workout under the Cardiovascular section of the diary (search for "strength training") and you get an estimate based on your weight and METS tables.
A rough estimate obviously but it should be reasonable.0 -
