Best Way To Train?

Hey guys!
I need some advice!
In your opinion, is it more beneficial to do full body workouts for each workout? Or is it more beneficial to isolate specific groups for each workout? I'm torn on which way to go so any and all opinions are welcome!

Most beginners would benefit more from full body programs than from body part splits because they can recover well while still hitting each body part 3x/week.0

There is no best. It depends on time available and level of training. It's thing about preference.
As a high level rule - if you are training 2-3 times a week - go full body with a focus on major movements. If you are in the gym 5+ times a week, then think about splits and isolates.
All that varies if you have specific goals. It's more about following a good program to goals.0 -
There is no best. However, I would highly recommend as a beginner to do full body, 3x a week to start0

Thanks guys! There's just so much conflicting advice on the internet, but I'll stick with the full body training for the time being
