Foot Pain

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. Every time I exercise I get foot pain - like a burning tearing feeling in the bottom and sides of my foot. It hurts and is very distracting. Has anyone had any experience with this or suggestions on what I can do to get rid of this. This has been going on for at least a year and I have worn at least 3 or 4 different shoes throughout that time.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Go to a podiatrist. See if if's something serious (let them diagnose you) ... you may need to get fitted for orthodic insoles.0

There are a few common conditions that are aggrivated by excess weight. Planar fascia? I'm sure I am spelling that wrong but it's an inflammation along the metatarsals. Especially common if you have Morton's toe which is a short metatarsal that makes your big toe shorter than the one next to it. Ask me how I know! ;-)
Anyway, good insoles at the very least and you may need to invest in orthotics.0
