Trying to stay focused

Need friends and advice on what to eat and how much. Really have been trying to keep it down but can get hard when trying to make the right choices are always around bad ones lol

    Did you go through the MFP calculations? There's a section for setting goals that generates the numbers for you. I think it's more sustainable to select the option for losing 1 pound per week. Be honest about exercise. Don't say you're going to work out 5 times a week when you're not ... a mistake I made. I'm only averaging 1-2 times per week.

    There's a lot of variations on what works. I'm staying away from processed foods and refined carbs. I'm also tracing my calories. You gotta figure out how you want to attack it and stick to it. Good luck man.

    I got the macros all figured out. I notice if you put your exercises in then you need more macros. But does that really help your overall goal? Shouldn't we just stick to the before working out calories instead of after?
