Any advice to get to 15% body fat?

I'm 5'7 and currently 181 lbs, at about 21% body fat, any tips or experiences you've had that may help?much appreciated thanks

Keep eating in a calorie deficit and you will keep losing fat all the way down to 15% and more as long as you are in a calorie deficit. There is no magic formula at lower levels. Keep you protein intake adequate and weight train to retain as much muscle as possible. Muscle loss comes with fat loss as well but can be reduced/limited with weight training.0

Also, don't be discouraged when muscle size drops because with weight loss-eventually you'd lose some muscle as well. Don't be discouraged by that -stay consistently in deficit until you reach your goal.
In beginning I would always get mini hearts attacks when I was losing size from my arms and calves lol-accepted the reality and staying in deficit.0 -
