Any tips for reaching macros? I always find myself struggling to reach my goals

    Which macro are you having trouble with? I have trouble with my protein sometimes, so I've added a protein shake most days to help me get there. I rarely have trouble meeting my carb macro!

    Carbs - avoid'em. Fat's, use coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, KerryGold butter, Protein eggs, cheese, turkey, grass-fed beef....
