What should I do?!

So I take a boxing class that lasts 60 minutes and consists of everything from...planks,squats,jumping jacks,burpees,lunges,etc. as well as 15 minutes of all sorts of abs, and of course..boxing. But I don't have anything to track my calories and I don't know how to enter in my exercise for all of that!!?
Any suggestions would help please !:)

    Log it under "circuit training" and eat back half the calories?

    Always make sure you keep on track but longest you are sweating and burning the calories what counts.. They say when you sweat is the fat crying..
