Anyone have a reliable cal and macro on this dish? White potatoes boiled with skin then fast fry in pan with olive oil. I have my oil count. The food data search is giving me numbers all over then map for the spuds.
Thanks :-)
Thanks :-)

I would log the potato by type and weight [eg russet, baby red, etc] and the oil and the divide into servings if it's more than one potato. Boiling it doesn't add calories, neither does shredding it. The oil does, though.
If you're in doubt of the entires, you can google "calories in ___ grams of ____ potato", then log it in MFP as quick calories.0
