What and how did I then gain over 10 pounds in ONE WEEK?
I had been making steady progress, began working out in the mornings and evenings and stuck to my diet like glue.
Could this all be water weight from inflammation as a result from the sudden increase in activity?

It could most certainly be water weight. Also, have you been... Ummm... Regular? Because if not, that can be another reason.0
