48y/o Sculpting Project Motivation & Support Welcome

Hi! Setting out on a journey of fitness and healthy eating, I tend to start off great with my workouts and gradually find "other" things to do, yet I maintain my healthy eating habits and water intake. All support and well wishes welcome. I would really like to meet someone to discuss progress and motivation!! Meal plans, Low carb High Protein diets. I'm not a serious meat person, although I do like seafood and chicken, any supplement suggestions welcomed.

    I lost fifty by logging what I eat and simply dropping the calories to lose ten pounds at a time. It worked for me 230 to 175. And I'm not hungry. Good luck.
