June trip

I finally made it to the gym today and did a lower body work out. I've been watching what I eat and trying to eat 6x a day. I have a trip with my sisters the beginning of June and trying to lose weight (stomach) and tone up. Any tips? I don't want them to show me up in their bikinis lol :-)

Eat in a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight, whether that is twice a day or six times a day. You can't spot reduce, though, it'll come off from all over.0
