Hi Everyone. I'm just starting 12WBT. So using the fitness pal to track what I eat and exercise. Want to loss about 12kg. I've really lose 6kg.

Would like to make some new friends along the way.

    How are you going? I have done multiple rounds of 12wbt over 3_yrs and use the recipes daily, as well as the mindset and training guidelines. I have sent you a friend request so hopefully we can keep each other on track!
