C25K Week 5 Craziness

So tomorrow will be week 5 day 3. I am doing distance and not time since my goal of a 5k is a distance. So I am suppose to run 2 miles tomorrow. I was just barely able to do the previous workout which was 3/4 mi running 1/2 walking 3/4 mi running. How do I go from 3/4 mile to 2 miles. I already run slow (14:30 pace). It would be easier if I was doing time since 20minutes is easier than running 2 miles since my pace is no where near a 10 minute mile. Any advice from others who have done it doing distance and not time?
