I'm a Splenda user in my coffee, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use as a semi sweet switch??

use flavored stevia .. or a mix of real sugar and stevia. when you think about it, i think 1 table spoon of sugar is 48 cals. that is not really a significant calorie count

I use honey. I premeasure 2 tbsp every morning and that's all I get (unless I get super tempted!)

Try it black! It's definitely an acquired taste but you grow to love the bitterness. Kinda like beer.

Sweet Drops (by Sweet Leaf) is the best low calorie option IMO. Yes sugar isn't that much per teaspoon, but who puts a teaspoon in their coffee? Not me! And how about someone who drinks 4 cups during the day. One tsp x 4 cups... you're into significant numbers. Stevia is good.
If you just want to reduce processed sugar in your diet, go with the honey or agave.
