Before and after pics!

Okay, I've really been struggling with whether to post this or not because it's not like me to post these kinds of pictures, and I can't believe Im actually doing it, but somehow my coach convinced me to share these with you. I have been working by butt off, literally, most recently doing a P90X and Insanity hybrid for the last 90 days and here are my results. Be gentle, when I took the before pics I was at my heaviest and never imagined I would share them with anyone.     Amazing! How long did this take you?

    Thank you! These pics where over a year apart, however, but it wasn't a year of constant work, there were lots of ups and downs in that period before I finally got my act together and really got after it. In the 90days I was doing insanity/p90x hybrid is when I saw the biggest changes, going from a size 6 to a size 0!
